Iya Villania shows workout routine with her almost 8-month baby bump

Iya Villania shared her new workout routine with her 8 month old baby.

According to the Kapuso star, she did a 16-minute AMRAP or "as many rounds as possible."

Iya said, "16min AMRAP - Wall balls, Bicep curls, Cal bike and Lat pulls"

The "Chika Minute" host enumerated the exercises she did on the caption:

  • 10 Wall ball shots
  • 10 Banded Bicep Curls*
  • 10 Cal Bike
  • 10 Lat Pull Down*

"*Adjust resistance to one you can sustain :) As Many Rounds As Possible for 16mins 😅"

Iya also expressed how happy she was to learn that she can add a different music for her workout video.

"Okay, first of all, let's take a moment to appreciate the audio background 🤣"

"I've finally figured out how to use different music background aside from the neon selection that seemed to be the only one I could find suitable for my workout videos 🤣 Yay to quarantine discoveries 😅😆"

The celebrity mom then mentioned how she felt about her baby bump as she was about to reach her eighth month.

"Here's today's workout with my almost 8month belly 😅 feel and look like I'm ready to pop 😂"

Iya said that her pregnancy is bigger because of her eating habit during quarantine.

Nevertheless, she's happy that she was able to exercise indoors.

"So much bigger this time around and the quarantine eating ain't helping 🙈 so I'm glad that I'm still able to move, get my heart pumping and a good sweat in :) hope everyone is finding ways to stay sane at home 😆"
